Brotform Proofing Bowl

The Brotform proofing bowl orginates from Germany and is made from compressed wood fiber. These brotform bowls are made in USA from an advanced, eco-friendly material composed of 30% recycled maple wood fiber and 70% certified food-safe, BPA and phthalate free polypropylene. Wood draws moisture from the dough surface, and avoids it sticking when turned out. Materials such as glass, ceramic or plastic cause sticking as the moisture has no where to go.
